When I read the story of how Patrick McConlogue help the homeless to learn code ( http://goo.gl/37HbZG ), it's really similar with what we are doing to the counterpart country now. But the different part is, we are not only teach them how to code , but also focus at the improvement of IT capacity and even create the business model for them to culvitate the health information industry in there country. Moreover, the result of introduced the health information system from us, will entire change the medical environment to improve the patient safety , healthcare coverage, the quality of diagnosis and the reduction of patient risk.
